SinCera were engaged by Key Property Solutions (KPS) to complete several major projects at the Teesside Retail Park in Stockton on Tees. The works involved a multitude of retailers with the main items being an extension of an existing ‘Next’ outlet to make it the largest in the North-East as well as construction of a new build ‘Nando’s’ restaurant.

The projects had several challenging aspects that SinCera worked closely with the main contractors on to overcome and eventually deliver some outstanding developments.

The retail park was always live which made logistics quite difficult as well as the fact that the area is also tidal (with respect to ground water) creating some unique problems to solve.

Below are a list of the works which were implemented on this particular project.

– Piling (cropping)
– Pile Caps & Foundations
– Utility Works
– Drainage (0 > 3m)
– Concrete Slabs
– Lift / Escalator Pits
– Kerbs
– Paving (Inc. patterned granite)
– Landscaping
– Resurfacing (Tarmac)
– Street Lighting

– Sub Station Build
– Super Structure Masonry
– Structural Openings
– Joinery
– Shuttering
