Sincera Retail Solutions (SRS) are a highly qualified organisation of construction professionals. We specialise in both commercial and domestic schemes for both the public and commercial sector, in projects ranging from shopfitting, refurbishments and fit-outs, modular extensions, flooring, groundworks, brick laying, plumbing and many more.
Our portfolio covers retail, supermarkets, hotels, offices, banks, bars, and restaurants.
Working with partners like Bowmer and Kirkland, CBRE, SW, KPS Property Solutions, Spie, ISG and Norther Trust we have covered client works with global brands such as McDonalds, Costa, Nandos, Amazon, Premier Inn and Jaguar. Including some national treasures such as Tesco, Royal Mail, Coop, Sky and Halifax. In public sector work we have work around the North East region with local bodies such as Sunderland, North Tyneside and Newcastle City Council, and nationaly as far as Cornwall with Cornwall Council.
