In early 2025 SRS will be working with Eildon Housing Association to deliver a major development in Coldstream, Scottish Borders.

The project will deliver a substantial number of new homes for the area, supporting the local community and its demand for affordable housing.

“We are withdrawing a previous planning application following ongoing discussions with the local community and Scottish Borders Council. A new planning application will be resubmitted early Summer 2025 with revised design proposals.”

“We welcome feedback on our proposed housing development as part of the planning application process. There will be two public consultations prior to new plans being resubmitted. Following discussion with Scottish Borders Council and feedback from the local community, we have decided to revisit our plans to ensure we strike a balance in providing the right homes for the area and regenerating this site with sound placemaking principles.”

Eildon have advised more details on the public consultations with be communicated through Scottish Borders Council in due course.

SRS will oversee all aspects of the planning process and site development.
