SinCera were engaged by Key Property Solutions (KPS), as part of a rolling program of refurbishment works, to complete the necessary groundworks for a new internal Spa Pool, c/w Sauna’s and Steam Rooms at David Lloyd in Leeds. SinCera also completed the full package of tiling and finishing works associated with the new Spa area.

Working internally with limited access and environmental considerations (fumes / ventilation) SinCera had to employ the use of Brok electric plant and track barrows to excavate for the drainage and internal Spa pool. Over 150t of material was removed from the site in only 3 Days using a 1t excavator and 3 x 250kg track barrows, a fantastic achievement.
SinCera also carried out various other works to the complex which consisted of tiling to a high standard and very complex groundworks to install an internal and external spar area. The team managed to work in a live environment, behind hoardings Sincera managed not only to complete on target date and keep a clean and tidy work area for David Lloyd members to carry on with their usual daily activities.
