SinCera were engaged by Key Property Solutions (KPS) to complete several major projects at the Teesside Retail Park in Stockton on Tees. Our scope involved a multitude of retailers with one of the main projects being an extension of an existing ‘Next’ outlet, to make it the largest in the North-East.

This project had several challenging aspects that SinCera worked closely with the main contractors on to overcome and eventually deliver some outstanding developments.
The retail park was always live which made logistics quite difficult as well as the fact that the area is also tidal (with respect to ground water) creating some unique problems to solve.
