Nandos, Teeside Retail Park
SinCera were engaged by Key Property Solutions (KPS) to complete several major projects at the Teesside Retail Park in Stockton on Tees. Our scope involved a multitude of retailers on the park, with one of the main project being a new build ‘Nando’s’ restaurant.

This project had several challenging aspects that SinCera worked closely with the main contractors to overcome and eventually deliver some outstanding results.
The retail park was always live which made logistics quite difficult as well as the fact that the area is also tidal (with respect to ground water) creating some unique problems to solve.
